WAUSAU − A 49-year-old Wausau man is dead following a two-vehicle crash Sunday afternoon.
At 4:23 p.m. Sunday, a caller reported a minivan and motorcycle crash on South Third Avenue, near Rosecrans Street in Wausau, according to the Wausau Police Department.
Emergency medical personnel determined the driver of the motorcycle, Douglas Narlock, 49, of Wausau, was dead. An ambulance took Narlock’s passenger, a 44-year-old woman, to Aspirus Wausau Hospital with serious injuries, according to the police department.
The minivan’s five occupants had no reported injuries from the crash, according to the police department.
The Wausau Police Department Crash Reconstruction Team is investigating the crash.
