MEMPHIS, Tenn. — An employee at Regional One Health was fired after the hospital says inappropriate content was shared to the employee’s personal social media account.
Regional One did not identify the former employee or detail what was in the post, but said an investigation found it was “inconsistent with our policies and values as an organization.”
The hospital says it holds its employees to a high standard and investigates all allegations of inappropriate behavior.
“At Regional One Health, we are committed to providing exceptional care to our patients and families, and we expect our employees to behave in a manner that represents this commitment,” the hospital said in a statement released Friday.
