COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) — Two children and a driver were hospitalized after a car drove into a restaurant in southeast Columbus Sunday.
The crash happened at a Bob Evans restaurant at 4019 Hamilton Square Boulevard around 11:50 a.m., according to Columbus Police Sgt. James Fuqua.
Two children were injured when the vehicle crashed into the building, police said. The children were transported to the hospital in critical condition, but later upgraded to a stable condition, Fuqua said.

The driver of the vehicle, who police described as an elderly man, was also transported to the hospital in an unstable condition, but later upgraded to a stable condition.
