Martinez woman charged with threatening to shoot, bomb neighbor’s house over parking spot

A Martinez woman was arrested Friday after allegedly threatening to shoot a neighbor in the face.

The suspect is charged with terroristic threats and acts, according to an incident report.

Columbia County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to The Heron Apartments on Friday and met with a man who said he and his neighbor, the suspect, got into an argument over a parking space, according the report.

During the argument, the suspect threatened to “shoot him in the face,” “glock his [explicit],” and “throw a bomb in his [explicit] house,” according to the report.

A leasing agent provided audio evidence of the threats, deputies noted in the report.
