The Los Angeles Police Department worked to disperse Dodgers fans, including a “blue man,”after they gathered in the streets of Los Angeles to celebrate their team’s victory at the World Series on Wednesday, October 30.

This footage captured by Sean Beckner-Carmitchel shows a man covered in blue paint running away from police as they charged at fans to get them to disperse.

“Well, a blue man is here painting on the street during the World Series celebrations here in downtown Los Angeles. I … well, I don’t know,” Beckner-Carmitchel said.

Later in the footage, Dodgers fans are seen lighting fireworks in the street and dancing on top of a bus.

Other footage posted to social media showed police officers blocking fans from approaching a burning bus at the intersection of Sunset Boulevard and Echo Park in the early hours of Thursday morning.

The Los Angeles Police Department reported that several stores in downtown LA were looted, according to Fox 11 Los Angeles. A tactical alert had been issued for the entire city of Los Angeles, with dispersal orders being issued for hot spots in Echo Park.
