Diddy was hit with a bombshell lawsuit accusing him of threatening to kill a 19-year-old college student and her friend unless they listened to his demands, In Touch can exclusively report.
According to court documents obtained by In Touch, a new accuser using the pseudonym Jane Doe sued Diddy, 54, in New York court on October 23.
In the suit, Jane’s lawyer wrote, “[Diddy] and his staff regularly invited members of the public to events such as music video shoots, photoshoots, autograph signings, in and around New York City. One such event took place in 2004 across the street from Jane Doe’s college campus in Brooklyn, New York.”
The lawsuit continued, “Through Ms. Doe’s friends and [Diddy’s] accomplices and agents, Ms. Doe received an invitation to [Diddy’s] photoshoot. She was nineteen years old at the time. She was flattered and excited to receive such an invitation from an individual of [Diddy’s] celebrity and stature.”
Jane said she went to the photoshoot with her friends and discovered it was a photoshoot promoting Da Band, a new group Diddy had signed to his label, Bad Boy Records. In her lawsuit, Jane’s lawyer said, “At the photoshoot, she and one of her good friends, another freshman living in the dormitory with Ms. Doe, were eventually invited to an after party by [Diddy’s] business associates.”
“Before leaving for the party, Ms. Doe had met [Diddy] at the photoshoot. [Diddy] told Ms. Doe and her friend that they should come to his hotel first for a more exclusive party. Ms. Doe and her friend agreed and were taken to a Manhattan area Marriott hotel by a member of Combs’ entourage,” the suit alleged.
Jane claimed she arrived at the hotel suite to find a dozen people having drinks. She said her and her friend were grabbed and taken to a separate room off the main party. The accuser claimed that she believed the man was a security guard. She said the man told her, “You know what you are here for.”
Jane said she was taken to a bedroom with her friend and the apparent guard locked the door.
She said Diddy was inside the room and offered them drinks and cocaine. “[Diddy] continued getting gradually more aggressive with the two women and eventually began forcibly touch them without consent. When they resisted, [Diddy] ordered Ms. Doe’s friend to perform oral sex on him or else he would have them both killed. Ms. Doe’s friend complied as Ms. Doe begged [Diddy] to allow them to leave. He did not agree,” the suit alleged. Jane claimed Diddy then set his sets on her and forced her to take her clothes off “again under the threat of violence.”
Jane claimed after she took off her clothes, Diddy sexually assaulted her.
She said he raped her all while she begged him to stop.
“Soon, and likely due to Ms. Doe’s cries, the door opened and the security guard from earlier came in to ask if everything was alright. Ms. Doe’s friend took the opportunity to rush out of the recently locked door. Ms. Doe however, could not move as [Diddy] was still on top of her,” the suit alleged. Jane said Diddy eventually got off to talk to the guard. She said he left the room and told her to stay otherwise “she would be killed.”
“After about half an hour of sitting in the dark room by herself, another security guard came and told her that she could leave. Ms. Doe gathered her things and left immediately and called a taxi back to her dormitory in downtown Brooklyn,” the lawsuit read.
Jane sued seeking unspecified damages.
Diddy’s team spoke out after Jane and several other lawsuits were filed. The rep said, “Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defenses, and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone—adult or minor, man or woman.”
As In Touch previously reported, Diddy has faced an avalanche of civil lawsuits since his September 16 arrest on charges of sex trafficking and racketeering. The disgraced mogul pleaded not guilty to all charges. Diddy has remained behind bars due to his request for bond being denied.
