Supermodel Gisele Bündchen is expecting her third child, this time with boyfriend Joaquim Valente.
The news comes two years after her divorce from NFL legend Tom Brady.
Bündchen and Valente are excited about the new chapter in their lives and are planning to welcome their baby in her newly renovated Miami mansion.
Don’t Miss:
“Gisele and Joaquim are happy for this new chapter in their life, and they’re looking forward to creating a peaceful and loving environment for the whole family,” a source close to the former Victoria’s Secret Angel told People magazine, adding that Bündchen is “several months” into her pregnancy and “plans to welcome her baby at home.”
The couple met in 2023 when Bündchen began taking jiu-jitsu classes at the Miami self-defense academy Valente runs with his brothers.
The news of the baby came precisely two years to the day after she and Brady filed for divorce after 13 years of marriage. They share two children, Benjamin, 14, and Vivian, 11.
“The doctor told me that it was too dangerous for me to have a home birth,” she wrote in her 2018 memoir Lessons: My Path to a Meaningful Life. “He said that Benny was in an unusual position, my hips were too small, and the odds just weren’t in my favor. He said it was probably best for me to schedule a C-section.”
Despite previous medical advice, Bündchen moved forward with a home birth — a choice she made again in 2012, welcoming her daughter in a birthing tub at home.

Now, the supermodel is preparing for another home birth, this time at a different residence — her $11.5 million Surfside, Florida, property she bought in 2022 after her divorce.
If this property doesn’t meet her needs, Bündchen has other homes in her portfolio where she could welcome her child, whose gender she reportedly plans to discover at birth.
Built in 1981, the 4,000-square-foot residence has five bedrooms and 6 ½ bathrooms. It sits on 0.4 acres with views of a wide waterway and Indian Creek Island, where Brady’s newly built megamansion is located just a short swim away from her property.
