Ohio Station Outlets at 9911 Avon Lake Road near Lodi has been sold to Industrial Commercial Properties (ICP), who intend to redevelop the shopping center into what will be known as the Interstate Business Park, according to the company’s website.

The property, which has over 329,000 square feet that can be developed, will allow for a variety of tenants, ranging from office space to industrial. Each available unit has at least 8,000 square feet of space, including docks and drive-ins, according to ICP’s website.

The site also lists options for how each building can be broken down to accommodate 12 to 24 tenants. Features for the space include immediate highway access, abundant parking and prominent signage.

A representative for ICP could not be immediately reached for this story.

The former outlet mall still has a variety of stores that are open to the public, including Eddie Bauer and Bath & Body Works. It’s unclear at this time if those stores will remain operational now that the outlet has been acquired.

ICP, a real estate development company that specializes in acquiring and revitalizing distressed properties, has its headquarters in Cleveland, according to its website. The company, founded in 1996, has over 150 properties with more than 325 tenants, including Amazon, Progressive and Sherwin Williams.
