In a heartbreaking turn of events, Anil Arora, the father of Bollywood actress Malaika Arora, reportedly died by suicide on Wednesday morning. The incident occurred when he jumped from the sixth floor of a residential building in Bandra, Mumbai. The incident took place around 10:30 AM at the family residence, Ayesha Manor, located in Bandra West.

Following the tragic event, Arbaaz Khan, Malaika Arora’s ex-husband, and senior police officers were seen at the actress’s residence. The authorities have sent Anil Arora’s body for a post-mortem examination, and an investigation is currently underway. According to sources, Malaika was in Pune at the time of the incident and returned to her parents’ home in Bandra upon hearing the news of her father’s untimely demise.

Anil Arora and Joyce Polycarp separated when Malaika was just 11 years old. In a past interview with Filmfare, Malaika Arora reflected on her childhood and her relationship with her parents.
