Microsoft acknowledged the issue on X (formerly Twitter), stating, “We’re investigating an issue where users may be unable to access multiple Microsoft 365 services.” The company has been working to identify and resolve the cause of the outage.
In addition to Microsoft Teams, nearly 4,000 users reported problems with other services within the suite, intensifying the impact on businesses and individuals relying on Microsoft’s cloud-based solutions for day-to-day operations.
